Shipping Providers 

• Germany & EU: Orders are usually shipped with DPD
• USA & Canada: Orders are shipped with FedEx or UPS (Canada may use Global Post for tracking)  
• Other international destinations: Typically shipped with FedEx Express

Depending on the destination, package size, or local availability, alternative shipping providers may occasionally be used.

Discreet Shipping 

• All orders are shipped discreetly in plain, unbranded packaging.
• There are no logos or identifying labels on the parcel.

Processing & Dispatch

• EU & international (non-US): Orders are dispatched once per week on Mondays to ensure safe transport of chemical reagents  
• USA & Canada: Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from our US distribution center 

Orders placed on weekends are typically shipped on the next working day (or Monday where applicable)

Estimated delivery times:

• Germany: 2–4 working days
• EU countries: 2–4 working days
• Non-EU / International countries: delivery times may vary depending on customs processing
• USA & Canada: 1-4 working days

Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience customs delays, which are beyond our control. We are happy to assist with any inquiries.

Sustainable Packaging

To reduce packaging waste and improve sustainability, larger orders may be packed together in a single box. For example, orders containing multiple QTests (such as 3 or 5 applications) may be shipped together with:

• one instruction manual
• one pair of gloves
• multiple QTests in a shared package

Shipping costs

Germany:

• Free shipping for orders over 50€
• Orders below 50€: 4.99€ flat shipping rate (including tracked shipping)

Europe:

• Free shipping for orders over 150€
• Orders below 150€: shipping rates up to 17.50€ depending on destination and delivery location (including tracked shipping)

USA:

• Free shipping for orders over $120 USD (USA only)
• Orders below $120 USD: $9.99 USD flat shipping rate (may increase for larger orders, see checkout for details)

Canada: 

• Shipping is calculated at checkout 

All shipments include tracking

Import Fees & Taxes: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in the product price.For non-EU shipments (including the UK), additional charges may apply and must be paid by the customer. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Delivery Locations

We can deliver to:

• home addresses
• workplaces
• friends or family
• DPD Pickup Paketshops 

If no separate delivery address is provided, the order will be shipped to the billing address.

Damaged Items 

If your order arrives damaged:

• Take clear photos of the damage
• Email them within 2 working days of delivery

We will review your case and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Due to the nature of our products and the chemical reagents they contain:

• Returns are not accepted
• Exchanges are not possible
