Shipping and delivery
How do we ship?
All our packages will be shipped by DPD or FEDEX EXPRESS depending on the country and size.
How long does it take?
The shipment to EU/non-EU member states takes place exclusively on Mondays! Only in this way can a safe shipment of the reagents be guaranteed. The shipment usually takes 2-3 working days. In the area of international shipping, there may be delays due to customs clearance or similar. We have no influence on the customs investigations of the individual countries, but we support all requests for the fastest possible processing.
Packaging and shipping of multiple QTests
We would like to act more sustainable with our shipments and save material and therefore waste. Multiple applications purchased in our store (3 applications or 5 applications) will therefore be shipped in one box. I.e. you will get up to 5 QTests, with a manual and 1 pair of gloves, in one box for larger orders.
Duties and fees
In the selling price on our store are no possible fees or duties indicated/written out. These can be (especially) for orders to third countries / non-EU member states (eg USA, UK, Canada, etc.) additionally incurred and must be paid by the buyer. We ask you to take this into account when placing your order.
Shipping costs
Germany:
We deliver free of shipping costs already from 50 € value of goods.
Below a value of goods of 50 €: 4,99 € flat rate for postage and packing.
Europe:
Free shipping from 150 € value of goods.
Below is a value of goods of 150 €: 17,50 € flat rate for postage and packing.
The shipment to countries outside the EU member states takes place exclusively on Mondays! Only in this way can we ensure that fast delivery of the reagents can take place and the rapid tests and reagents without losses arrive safely.
USA/Canada:
All orders for the USA and Canada can be placed in our US Webshop via https://uswebshop.miraculix-lab.com

Where do we deliver?
We deliver your order to any desired delivery address - to your home address, to friends, to your workplace, or to a DHL Packstation. Please indicate your desired delivery address with every order. If no separate delivery address is given, the delivery will be made to your billing address.
Delivery is possible to the following countries (in alphabetical order):
Austria, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Malta, Switzerland, USA.
